I.C. RATES:

A preliminary, consultation fee which is $120.00 for up to 2 hours will be collected at the end of the appointment. Hourly Rates will vary (ranging from

$20 - $120 ) dependent on services provided. I will offer an extended 1 hour of design work after the consultation at no additional charge (for new customers after the consultation).

Event Rates:

All about Christmas, Events, Parties &

more: I.C. is focused on Interior Christmas & EVENT Designs but we also install Outdoor Christmas Lighting with a full staff & equipment. [Bucket Truck or Lift would have to be rented if applicable by Client] Please, Schedule EARLY to make it happen. Halloween too!! The Consultation is $120.00 & Rate is: $60 hourly [this rate covers a Designer and/or up to 1 or 2 assistants. Rates may be adjusted to cover large projects (for example the need of more assistants)] ***Installation of Christmas Lighting will begin as early as October 1st. / The first 2 weeks of December are the busiest time for Christmas Tree installs & Decorating. Christmas for I.C. starts as early as July creating specialty items such as Wreaths, Ordering green Garland, custom table Arrangements, and more...to be installed later in the year.***

Home Staging Rates:

Begins with a consultation of $120.00 and a budget set...we can move forward upon agreement...for example - the average Empty home costs $4,100 as a Package Deal that focuses on the Front Porch/Entry, 3 to 4 Rooms,

Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms &

Lanai/Back Porch along with a

Landscape Consultation.
